Go to your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Nesta Life. You can cancel or manage your plan there at any time.
My HealthKit data is not syncing. What do I do?
Go to iPhone Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Health, then Nesta Life, and make sure all the relevant categories are toggled on. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Your data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data immediately. For any server-side data requests, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Is Nesta available on Android?
Nesta Life is currently iOS only. Android support is something we are considering for the future. You can email us to express interest and we will keep you updated.
