By downloading, installing, or using Nesta Life ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nesta Life. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Nesta Life is a personal wellness application that provides:
AI-generated content — including coaching conversations, challenges, biohacks, and directives — is automatically and permanently deleted every day at 12:00 AM. The App is designed for personal wellness tracking and informational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Nesta Life is intended for informational, motivational, and general wellness purposes only. Nothing in the App — including AI-generated coaching, workout suggestions, nutrition recommendations, biohacks, challenges, directives, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Nesta AI agent generates personalised recommendations based on data you provide and health metrics from Apple HealthKit. These recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or illness.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received within the App. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Nesta Life offers optional premium subscription plans processed through Apple In-App Purchases via RevenueCat. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree that:

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App, including workout logs, meal entries, morning baseline check-ins, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your data solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal health data to third parties. AI coaching conversations and all AI-generated content is automatically deleted every day at 12:00 AM and is not retained or used for any other purpose.
Your use of HealthKit-integrated features within Nesta Life is subject to Apple's HealthKit Terms. Specifically:

All content, design, graphics, AI features, algorithms, and code within Nesta Life are owned by or licensed to Nesta Life and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
No portion of the App — including but not limited to AI-generated content, coaching logic, user interface design, or branding — may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reproduced without our express written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nesta Life disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the App, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with those laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the App.
